1. About us

Air Flight Tickets is the trading name of AIR FLIGHT TICKETS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17422145.

Our registered office is 276 Upminster Road North, Rainham, Havering, United Kingdom, RM13 9JL.

We operate www.airflighttickets.co.uk and provide online and telephone travel booking assistance for flights, hotels, holiday packages and related travel arrangements.

These terms apply to reservations arranged through our website, telephone, email and authorised representatives.

2. Our role and travel suppliers

We arrange travel services through airlines, accommodation providers and other authorised travel partners, including our ticketing consolidator, Albrek Travels.

Depending on the transaction, AIR FLIGHT TICKETS LTD may act as an agent or intermediary for an identified supplier or organiser.

We will identify the relevant contracting supplier or package organiser before the booking is concluded.

Where we act as a package organiser or have other direct contractual or statutory responsibilities, those responsibilities remain with us.

3. Prices and quotations

Prices displayed on our website may be indicative and subject to availability until a final quotation and booking confirmation are provided.

Before payment, we will confirm the available itinerary, total price, applicable taxes and mandatory charges, baggage allowance, material fare restrictions and any separately payable service fees.

A quotation does not guarantee a reservation.

Once a booking contract has been concluded, any price adjustment will be governed by the agreed conditions and applicable law.

4. Booking confirmation

Bookings are subject to supplier acceptance and availability.

A confirmed flight reservation will be supported by appropriate booking and ticketing documentation. Payment alone does not establish that an electronic flight ticket has been issued.

Customers must check passenger names, dates, destinations, flight details and other reservation information promptly and notify us of discrepancies.

5. Passenger information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates of birth, travel details and other information requested for booking purposes.

Passenger details must match the travel documents required for the journey.

Amendments may be restricted and may involve supplier charges or additional fare differences. We will communicate applicable charges before carrying out requested amendments where reasonably possible.

6. Payment terms

Accepted payment methods and deadlines will be provided before purchase.

Payment may be processed by AIR FLIGHT TICKETS LTD, an authorised payment provider or a disclosed travel supplier, depending on the transaction.

Any separately payable booking or administration fee will be disclosed before payment.

Where deposits or instalments are permitted, the relevant payment schedule and consequences of non-payment will be set out in the booking agreement.

7. Flight booking conditions

Airline bookings are subject to the applicable airline's conditions of carriage and fare rules, including restrictions concerning baggage, ticket changes, cancellations, no-shows, seat selection and refunds.

Some promotional fares may be non-refundable upon voluntary cancellation.

Supplier conditions do not override statutory passenger rights.

8. Amendments and cancellations

Customers should contact us promptly when requesting a booking amendment or cancellation.

Changes may be subject to supplier availability, fare differences and previously disclosed fees.

Refund and cancellation entitlements are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable booking conditions.

Nothing in our policies limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Flight disruptions

Airlines may amend flight schedules or cancel flights due to operational or other circumstances.

Where UK or other applicable passenger-rights legislation applies, passengers may qualify for reimbursement, re-routing, care or compensation.

We will provide reasonable assistance in communicating with airlines and relevant suppliers.

10. Hotels and accommodation

Hotel bookings are subject to the confirmed accommodation conditions, including occupancy, check-in and check-out requirements and cancellation rules.

Applicable accommodation fees and restrictions will be disclosed before confirmation.

Special requests are subject to supplier confirmation, without prejudice to applicable accessibility obligations.

11. Holiday packages

Where travel arrangements qualify as a package under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, customers are entitled to the relevant statutory protections.

The package organiser, included services, full price, cancellation arrangements and applicable insolvency protection will be identified in the required pre-contract and booking documentation.

Customers may have statutory rights relating to transfers, significant changes, cancellations, refunds, performance and assistance.

Package-travel rights take precedence over conflicting terms.

12. ATOL financial protection

Certain eligible bookings arranged through our travel partners may be protected under the Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) scheme.

For an ATOL-protected booking, customers will be informed of the relevant ATOL holder and licence number and will receive the prescribed ATOL Certificate immediately upon payment. The certificate identifies the protected arrangements and relevant financial-protection information.

ATOL protection does not automatically extend to all services or bookings.

AIR FLIGHT TICKETS LTD does not claim to hold its own ATOL licence unless and until it is independently licensed.

13. Passports, visas and travel requirements

Travellers must ensure that they meet the passport, visa, transit, immigration and entry requirements applicable to their journey.

Requirements may differ by nationality, destination and route.

Customers should verify requirements through official government, embassy and airline sources. Any general guidance we provide does not replace official immigration or travel advice.

14. Travel insurance

We recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance for cancellation, medical emergencies, disruption, baggage and other relevant risks.

Travel insurance is not included unless expressly stated in the booking confirmation.

15. Liability

We will provide our own services with reasonable care and skill.

Third-party travel suppliers may be responsible for the performance of services under their contracts.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or applicable statutory package-travel obligations.

Include your booking reference and a description of the issue.

We will investigate complaints fairly and, where appropriate, contact the relevant supplier.

Your rights to pursue statutory remedies or applicable dispute-resolution procedures remain unaffected.

17. Privacy

We collect and process customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Information required for a booking may be shared with the relevant travel suppliers.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to customers.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms will not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights under an existing booking.
