Weather:
San Francisco has a wonderful weather due to which tourists love thronging this city. You can visit here any time of the year as there are neither bone-chilling winters nor excruciatingly hot summers. This temperate atmosphere lets you enjoy the sights and explore the city with physical ease.
Hotels in San Francisco:
Being in San Francisco, you can be rest assured that your needs will be catered to quite wonderfully. There are innumerable hotels here from big luxurious ones to small, cheap but comfortable ones. This city if full of opportunities for enjoyment. However, it is better if you go for advance bookings in any of the chosen hotels, since being a hot favorite place with tourists; the hotels are usually crammed with visitors.
Golden Gate Bridge:
No wonder this place enjoys worldwide fame. It is a bridge which is also the landmark of California in general and San Francisco in particular. The bridge was erected in 1937 and it has proven to be the place which tourists make a point of visiting on their very first tour. If you really want to enjoy your tour, make sure you go on foot or get yourself a bicycle to reach the famous Golden Gate Bridge.
Alcatraz:
This is yet another must-see and is one of the most visited places in San Francisco. Initially, it was a prison which has been transformed into a state recreation ground. A ferry can be fetched for reaching Alcatraz which will enrich your traveling experience on the waterfront. Now it depends upon you, if you want to take a 2 to 3 hours tour or a night tour, depending upon you curiosity and budget. It really doesn’t matter if you just visit the place at least once.
Fisherman’s Wharf:
You must excite your taste buds by devouring cuisine in the local restaurants. It’s nothing new that a tourist takes a touch of his visits back home by taking pictures, buying clothes and souvenirs which can be kept as memory or given to loved ones as gifts.
