Do Not Wear Jewellery To The Airport
I can understand why people dress up when it comes to going to the airport because they are getting on a plane full of loads of people and there are a lot of people out there that like to look their best for all kinds of situations including ones like this. However is it really necessary to put on all of thatsilver jewellery when it comes to the airport and even more importantly, would it be better off and waiting until you arrive n holiday.
Security
Security is an issue when it comes to jewellery and this is even more true if you are travelling to a location such as Britain or the USA because the security here is a lot tighter than in other countries. They will often ask people to take off all of that turquoise jewellery because it can interfere with the systems in place and will make the detector go off. something worth knowing is that when you land you will most likely have to do the same as well so know this well.
Being Comfortable
being comfortable on a flight, especially a long one is very important indeed and are you actually going to be comfortable in all of your best clothes and items, I seriously doubt it. Take the silver brooches off and make sure you can rest properly. there is no way you are going to get nice and comfy if you are in your best jewellery. Who sleeps in jewellery after all?
being aware of the people around you is something you need to think about. There are people that are out there to steal things from people in the airport and if you are wearing expensive jewellery it is likely to encourage these people more than anything else.
of course the decision on something like this is yours to make just make sure you do what is right.
